Everything we eat matters. If we look at our self as a car... if we put Acetone into the gas tank, we probably wouldn't get far. If we don't maintain our vehicle it begins to break down. Our body is the same. If we don't maintain it, it will BREAK DOWN !!! If we put healthy foods into our gas tank we will go very far.
So what are we suppose to do with our bodies? There is so much information out there these days, how do we know what to trust? By asking the right questions and taking time to find services that respect your health as much as they respect their own. Everyone has a different way of taking care of themselves, and many of us have learned through incorrect information about foods, vitamins, minerals and wellness. It is a simple process taking care of ourselves, popping a bunch of pills into our bodies thinking that they are the answer is a simple one to figure out. Lack of excercise is also an easy one to figure out. And eating fats, high cholesterol, high carbs, flour, sugars, genetically modified foods, processed foods, pops, juices etc, are again easy to figure out.
